Aluminum Bunny

I finally have decent photos of my Linneus cosplay! Linneus is my favorite character from the totally awesome and beautiful 18+ webcomic Teahouse! I made this for Otakon last year along with shiroiyukiko and xiaoeri who cosplayed as Rhys and Sacha. (click the links to see pics of their cosplay)

I will never make jewelry or style a wig ever again! LOL

Photos and editing by xiaoeri

shiroiyukiko:

Fastest photo turnaround ever! We just decided to do this shoot yesterday and I was lucky enough to have two cool photographers to run around in the snow with! My dream photoshoot has finally happened~ D, freezing his ass off brooding in the snow.

Thank you to Misty Autumn Imagery (here’s her rolling in the snow for this shoot.) and Octomobiki for the great day!

There are a lot more pics from both of them, which you can check out on my cosplay group’s Facebook Page! Here’s the link to the album, scroll down!

Haha, remember that time I made this costume and said I was going to post pics of it and then 6 months went by? The official photos are still pending, but I was looking through and figured I’d post this one as a preview since it certainly needs no editing or special treatment. And it’s really a picture of ME, I just happen to be dressed as Rhys. (Rather than a picture where I’m trying to emulate him at all. LOL)
I was so excited about those desserts and you know what? They were NASTY. Well, a few of them were okay and I still ate a ton of them, but overall, not good.
Lovely and insane costume design by the ladies over at Teahouse, who are the only people I’d make a costume this stupidly complex for anymore (probably. maybe). Photo by xiaoeri. Sweating to death at aluminumbunny’s house in August.

Finally the photos from my shoot with winkonthings! This is a kimono I made based on Amano’s Tale of Genji artbook.

This is really beautiful!

Here are the first pair of goggles in my exclusive Steampunk Young Justice series. These are for Steampunk Robin.
I will be cosplaying as Robin for Otakon 2012. I’m also working on a steampunk grapling gun (seen in the pic based on a Nerf Maverick.)

My husband made these cool goggles for his Robin cosplay at Otakon ^^

These are one of my latest goggle creations.
These goggles have dark green bases along with metallic gold lens guards, a brown elastic head strap with brass buckles, and lenses that I frosted.
They would be great for steampunk versions of Robin Hood, Link, Peter Pan or Green Arrow.
* I’ll be debuting them at my artist alley table during Spring Fest NY on March 10th http://springfestny.com

A pair of simple Steampunk goggles my husband made. ^_^

I was being blinded by the sun, but I still think this is pretty cute. ^_^
Another shot of aluminumbunny as Tsukimi and me as Kuranosuke from Kuragehime (Princess Jellyfish). I actually found one more to post too, but I’ll do that later in the week. It’s of me and you can see my awesome and totally unnecessary pockets!

Maylene (Meirin) Kuroshitsuji
I’ve been working on this cosplay on and off for a while now. Other cosplay plans (Panty & Stocking) pushed this to the back burner. Finally I’ll have it done for Otakon! Just a bit of hand sewing left!

These photos were taken at Anime Boston back in April. Shiroiyukiko and I were cosplaying the gorillaz versions (from the D-City Rock video) of Panty & Stocking. Here are 2 shots of my costume!
